Nobody prepared
me for this job

I started as a paramedic at 19, straight out of high school. Nobody prepared me for what was actually coming.

Working rural, I barely ate. When I did, it was whatever was available — and it wasn't good. I lost a significant amount of weight without noticing until someone else pointed it out. I didn't even clock it happening.

When I moved to the city, it was the opposite. Endless food options, but no understanding of what I was doing with any of them. I wasn't meal prepping. I wasn't prepared. I had no real sense of how much what I ate affected me — my energy, my recovery, the way I felt on the job. And on top of that, I was struggling. The weight came on, and everything that came with it — the kind of thing a lot of us in this career quietly carry and don't talk about.

The turning point was watching good paramedics — passionate, skilled people — leave this career earlier than they should have. Broken down in ways that didn't have to happen. I knew I was heading the same direction.

So I got my personal training certification, then my nutrition coaching certification. I built a system that actually worked around my life as a paramedic — not some ideal version of it.

This program is the result of that. Built for first responders, by a first responder. Everything I wish I had on day one.

This was built for you

You're brand new to the job

You want to build the habits now, before the job shapes them for you. Start strong, stay strong.

You've been doing this for years

The burnout is real. The weight has crept up. You know something needs to change and you're finally ready to do something about it.

You love the job — but it's costing you

Shift work, stress eating, running on nothing. You're still showing up, but you can feel yourself running on empty.

You've tried other programs

Generic programs weren't built for rotating shifts, critical incident stress, or 12-hour calls. This one was.

Your confidence has taken a hit

Imposter syndrome, comparison, feeling like you're falling behind. We address the mental side of this too — not as an afterthought.

You want to make it to retirement

You didn't get into this career to leave it broken. This is about building a body and a mind that last the whole way through.

12 weeks. Three pillars.
One career.

Beyond the Call isn't a generic fitness plan dropped into your lap. It's a full system built around the reality of first responder life — shift work, stress eating, mental load, and the career longevity that matters most.

Every week builds on the last. You finish 12 weeks with a system that moves with your schedule — not against it.

FAQ

Do I need a gym membership?

No. All workouts are home-based with minimal equipment. There's no set schedule — you work out when it fits your life — and every session is designed to be short but effective. Built for shift workers, not people with unlimited free time.

I work rotating shifts. Will this actually fit?

Yes — this is exactly what the program is built around. Rotating shifts, overnight calls, and unpredictable hours are factored into every week of programming. You don't need perfect conditions to make progress.

What fitness level do I need?

All levels. Whether you haven't worked out in years or you're already training regularly, the program meets you where you are and builds from there progressively.

Is this only for paramedics?

No — Beyond the Call is for all first responders. Paramedics, EMTs, firefighters, police, dispatchers. If you work in emergency services, this was built for your life.

How long does the program run?

The program is 12 weeks. After that, you can continue month-to-month to stay in the community, keep the content, and maintain access to Kaylee.

When does the program launch?

Joining the waitlist is the best way to be first to know. Waitlist members get the launch date, the founding price, and first access.

I struggle more with the mental side. Is that covered?

Yes. Mindset is one of the three core pillars — not an afterthought. We cover confidence, imposter syndrome, identity, and the weight of working in emergency services. This is performance and mindset coaching, not therapy or clinical mental health treatment. If you are dealing with serious mental health concerns, please reach out to a qualified professional — this program can run alongside that, not instead of it.

Will I have support throughout the program?

Yes. You'll have access to a private first responder community where Kaylee is present, along with weekly support and the ability to ask questions. It's not one-on-one coaching, but you won't be going through it alone.
